GuideSafe users have access to a personalized COVID-19 Contact Center, a U.S.-based team that has been specially trained and equipped to help guide employees and students through questions and issues that will arise through use of GuideSafe, as well as provide the support they need during this confusing time.

The creators of GuideSafe have partnered with Guideway Care, a provider of non-clinical patient guidance services, to provide a COVID contact center that can be personalized to your organization. Support from the Guideway Care contact center empowers your employees and students with:
